Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
Hope 4:10 is a ministry established out of Trinity's deep desire to be a light to and care for those in our community. There are many facets of this ministry and many people using their God-given gifts and learned skills, to aid people along their faith journey.
Over 700 people and growing weekly, are members of HOPE 4:10's Facebook page where goods are exchanged free of charge, posts are made about items members are in search of and words of encouragement are given to all.
Free Food Fridays
Held on the third Friday of each month, this outreach event is offered by sign- up on Hope 4:10's Facebook page. Members will receive a recyclable bag of shelf stable food or cleaning products (Alternating monthly) to use in their homes, in hopes of stretching their budgets a bit more. In this drive-through venue, every participant is greeted with a friendly hello, most by name as we grow in relationship with each other.
HOPE has a small furniture moving ministry whereby members of this group or members of Trinity's congregation who are in need of furniture, receive help acquiring what they can to make their house a home. We have multiple relationships with Realtors who call us when their clients are downsizing and have furniture to donate. HOPE 4:10 has a storage unit to hold items until a need arises.
We love to provide Thanksgiving and Easter dinners, along with Christmas dinner and gifts to families in our community who struggle to be able to do so on their own. We partner with Keeney Streat School and MACC Charities who have approved families to be recipients of our donations. HOPE 4:10 also has approved families to whom they donate.
HOPE 4:10 is run 100% by volunteers. There is no guarantee that a need will be met but we have seen some pretty amazing examples of God connecting needs with donations. All for Him!
